Moody Cow Brewery

March6

There might not be any gluten free beer yet at the Moody Cow but there is some gluten free options on the menu and Aubrey was happy to have his beer tasting.  I had a glass of Ferguson Hart Estate SSB to go with the polenta and vegetable stack with pesto made with herbs from the owner’s garden. It came with a generous side salad and the flavour was great!   Fantastic venue for a relaxing lunch and great spot for the whole family.

    Sounds yum!
Have you ever seen sweet potato noodles? From Chinese shops, taste a bit like cellophane noodles but thicker. They are a nice change from rice noodles.

No not tried them, will have to look for them. So what was the verdict on going gluten free for you? How did bread turn out?
